I have been traveling a lot lately trying to find work to make more money so I can pay for all the free stuff that the Socialist in Washington keep giving away to buy votes for themselves, so I could have missed this but when did the District of Columbia become a state? Wasn't it set up specifically as the seat of the government without the status of a State specifically by congress?
Seems that Gallop believes that the District of Columbia is actually a state? I actually remember when Alaska and Hawaii became states and it seems to me that it was a pretty drawn out process and that Congress was involved. I guess is just missed all this for DC?
